About Anna

With over 4 years of experience as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, Anna Steidl began her career in early intervention trauma therapy with young children. Since then, she has supported individuals and families facing challenges such as Autism, ADHD, trauma, anxiety, OCD, and depression. Anna’s therapeutic approach is grounded in a variety of modalities, including individual and family therapy, attachment-based interventions, parenting skills, play therapy, mindfulness, meditation, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

Anna has also developed a deep calling toward holistic, energy-based healing. Now a certified Transforming Touch Practitioner®, she offers Transforming Touch®, an energy-based therapy designed to help clients release stored trauma and restore a sense of ease, safety, and calm. Her passion is to help others achieve lasting healing and wellness by integrating both traditional and holistic practices.

Services & Fees

• Initial session 90 min: $200

• Follow up 50 min sessions are: $150

• Follow up 80 min sessions are: $180

  Rates are subject to change. To the best of my ability, clients will be provided advanced notice of all adjustments in cost prior to services being conducted.

  Payment is due at the time of your session.
